Happy Snow Day!

Hello band and orchestra students and parents,

I hope you have enjoyed these snowy days!

1. This is a reminder that if we have school tomorrow we will plan on our combined symphonic and concert band rehearsal at 7:00 a.m. in the band room. Of course I trust parents to make good decisions about road conditions and the safety of travel for their children.

2. There will not be an early symphonic orchestra rehearsal tomorrow.

3. Band students - Be sure you keep up your work on the tricky spots of solo/ensemble music, Chorale and Shaker II, English Folk Song Suite, and there you have it.

4..  there you have it playing test is not on SmartMusic, you can submit your recording on the assignment spot on Google Classroom. Here is a digital copy of your music.

5. Orchestra students can start your practice on the Holberg Suite mvmt. 1 and solo and ensemble festival.

6. We need a band parent to drive the HC van and trailer to Grand Rapids for our performance. Would you be willing to help us out? Email me or call me at 616-212-8867 or svandenberg@hollandchristian.org

Thank you!
Mr. VB
