Dear band and orchestra students and parents,
I hope you are doing well!
1. You are invited to HCHS's Recital Night! Hear our fabulous band and orchestra students perform solos, duets, trios, quartets, and quintets in the Holland Christian High School band/orchestra and choir rooms on Monday, January 29 from about 6:00pm to 9:00pm. Drop by for 10 minutes or stay for an hour! There will be refreshments. Here is the schedule for the evening.
2. Florida bound families, please plan to attend a Florida Parent and Student meeting on Thursday, February 22 from 7:30 p.m. to 8:15 p.m. This will be a great time to find out the final details about our trip and for you to meet the chaperons and ask questions. Please make every effort to attend and if you are unable to attend please reach out to get the information that you missed.
3. The Michigan School Band and Orchestra Association sent us our performance times for band and orchestra festival. This year the full (symphonic) orchestra and symphonic band will play at the band and orchestra festival. Both groups play at the West Ottawa Harbor Lights Middle School Auditorium. Here are the days and times.
Symphonic Band on February 28 at 9:10 a.m. (arrive to school by 7:45 a.m.)
Symphonic Orchestra on February 29 at 9:25 a.m.
