Reminders, schedules, early mornings. :)

Hello band and orchestra students and parents,

I hope you enjoyed the beautiful weather this Labor Day weekend! Here is some helpful information.

1. Please be sure that you communicate all conflicts for performances/concerts this year before Friday, September 9. Conflicts communicated after that day will not be excused. The instrumental music calendar and my blog have the dates you need to know.

2. Now is a great time to sign up for lessons on your instrument. Many private teachers are setting up their schedule and I am as well. Contact me to find a teacher or to set up a time for lessons! svandenberg@hollandchristian.org

3. Here is the early morning rehearsal schedule:

(Yes, jazz band tomorrow!) These times are when the students should be in the band/orchestra room.

Monday: jazz orchestra (7:15 am)

Tuesday: jazz band (you are all invited!) (7:15 am)

Wednesday: chamber strings, symphonic band percussion, and symphonic orchestra wwinds/brass (7:25 am)

Thursday: jazz orchestra (7:15 am)

Friday: Full/Symphonic Orchestra (7:00 am)
